Client Meeting
The owner of NP Med Solutions and I conducted an official kick off meeting to discuss the project. We discussed the business itself, the goals and vision, and the desired outcome of the project.
Problem Statement
“The problem that we were facing is no existing digital platform or online presence, starting from ground zero. The owner has all of the business assets and the products, now they need to start the process of reaching potential clients, and establishing their online presence with a website. Biggest paint point with establishing a wellness brand is that potential clients need to trust NP Med Solutions, and feel comfortable reaching out. This affects every possible person that comes in contact with NP Med Solutions and is interested. It’s imperative that the website is intuitive, informative, professional, and motivating. “

Business Goals & Constraints
The Goal for the NP Med Solutions Website is ultimately to generate clients by converting website visits, into appointments. Success for this project is a final polished and tested website delivered and ready to achieve the goal. Technical limitations involved a specific use of the Squarespace Platform. Since the owner is most familiar with this platform they insisted on using it for their future needs after delivery.
Design Process
Information Architecture & User Flows
The user flow maps out the complete journey of a client from initial awareness to post-consultation steps. Seeing the complete journey based on the targeted audience allowed to create a detailed sitemap, and arrange the content to match the desired journey and outcome.
Wireframes
I sketched out wireframes and basic structure of the websites to explore the flow of the site. I then leveraged ChatGPT and Relume.io as an assistant to create wireframes as well and explore different variations easily. I spent a lot more time exploring prompts and practices to get stronger content and structure choices from the AI. Comparing the sketches and wireframes, my sketches were far more focused on design, and the AI wireframes were more content-focused, I combined the best iterations.
Delivery
From Idea to Reality
What started as an idea and passion become reality with the delivery of the website. There is now a presence, home base, and a platform for NP Med Solutions to execute business. Diving deep into the niche world of this business allowed me to tailor the website to the needs of the owner, and ultimately the clients and consumers. This website serves as a powerful step forward for NP Med Solutions to make a change in the world.
